Among Our Concerns

The "War on Terror" as an excuse to deny human rights. Issues

Treatment of refugees, especially those who have legitimate grounds for seeking asylum in the United States.

Abolition of the death penalty. Here in Virginia, we work with Virginians for Alternatives to the Death Penalty

Other abuses around the world. These are the subject of short-term campaigns, which have broad focus, and urgent actions, which deal with immediate threats to particular individuals.
